Ukraine and Russia again exchanged the bodies of dozens of dead soldiers. According to the Ukrainian coordination center, 94 bodies of fallen Ukrainian soldiers were handed over to Kyiv on Monday. The information was brought by the TASR agency under the administration of the DPA agency on the Telegram platform.
The Medzinárodný výbor Červenho kríž organized this exchange, but the details of the place of exchange and the number of dead soldiers returned to Russia were not disclosed.
Ukraine has been facing a large-scale Russian invasion for almost 21 months. The occasional exchange of bodies of dead soldiers or prisoners of war represents one of the few contacts between these hostile parties.
