When you wake up in the morning and feel that everything is cold except your bed, it can be difficult to get up. Many people close their doors before they sleep, so that the room is warm in the morning. As experts have warned, you are actually doing more harm than good if you help this practice. By sleeping in rooms with heating, you run the risk of having the following three problems.

A heated room disrupts sleep

If you sleep in a room that is too hot, it can happen that your body overheats or you can wake up in the middle of the night. Pre-spánok consultant Maryanne Taylorová from The Sleep Works told Sky News: “If the room is too warm, our body has to work extra hard during the night to regulate body temperature.” This can lead to a reduction in the time spent in deep sleep, which is important for the regeneration of the organism. According to the Sleep Foundation, the ideal room temperature for a good night’s sleep is around 15.6 to 20 degrees Celsius.

You will be prone to colds

Stay warm and without heating

That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have your home vykurovať vlavás at night. The trick lies in strategic access to the rooms that you heat when you turn on the heating. At the beginning, try to heat the rooms in which you spend the most time, and turn off the radiators in those that you hardly use.
